arvind, you are using wordpress.com. This post doesn't applies to wordpress dot com
If you host your blog on a different server then you would use wordpress dot org, thats wat I am using..

Your error has to do with changes that were made to the tags and category tables in Wordpress 2.3. Any plugin that relies on tagging and categories will have this issue. I put together a quick survival guide that might help you through it.
